Do you know why we are called "Supreme Smash Burgers"...  It was named by Elijah Foti because of his style of cooking fresh meat now known as Smash Burgers across the world. 

Elijah smashes the burgers flat on a hot 400* grill to cook the meat fast with a sear that gives you that great taste. This can only be done with fresh beef!
